Still life

I spent much of my childhood at events like weddings, birthdays and funerals, watching (sometimes helping) as my mother laid on food for the guests. Always there: flowers, marking love, birth, and death. Each arrangement is a kind of song, marks its own rhythm (even in the spaces between), and each says something just beyond us that I never get bored reaching for. Even funerals are about life.

All of the works exhibited here are sold.

You can find available paintings here or on my Instagram and Facebook.
